Highview Drive Project

Remodel and New Construction – Completed 2021
This once dated Mediterranean style home was completely transformed by the addition of extensive construction attached to the original house, along with several buildings detached from the main house. The custom pool house floors are one of a kind and the view from this floor leads out onto a 30’ long wall of moveable glass which opens up onto creatively finished hardscaped patios and a custom pool. The pool room houses a full kitchen and bathroom and is warmed by hydronic in-floor heating. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor kitchen, sauna, hot tub and full bath. The room adjoining the pool house contains an art room where the homeowners have plenty of room and light in which to inspire their creative muse.
